Provider Health Checks
YLP have developed a number of provider health checks aimed at supporting providers with the implementation across a number of themes.
Please see below the range of Health Checks on offer to providers. These health checks are free to YLP members (small cost for non-members).
As part of the YLP support services, we can complete the health checks on a providers site, with follow up reports and action plans. These are continually monitored desk based by us and you will be provided with ongoing support and advice.
We can also complete CIF Support visits, compliance audits, assurance visits and policy and delivery development days.
