What is the Yorkshire & Humber Construction Provider Directory?
Yorkshire Learning Providers (YLP), on behalf of the Yorkshire and Humber Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC), is excited to launch a new research initiative to map and showcase construction apprenticeship and training provision across the region.
This innovative project identifies providers delivering apprenticeships, study programmes, T-Levels, adult skills, and vocational training in the construction sector. This research has also helped highlight gaps in provision to ensure learners and employers can access high-quality training where it’s needed most.
Nikki Davis, Principle & CEO of the Strategic Leadership Team noted that she is:
“Really pleased to see the work commissioned by the Yorkshire and Humber CTEC take shape so quickly, supporting us to identify areas where delivery can be enhanced. It’s essential that skills are in the right place at the right time, so employers and students can access high-quality training. Linking this to the Construction Skills Mission Board’s work on future demand will ensure we collectively address the sector’s skills needs.”
