Training Provider
A new directly funded apprenticeship provider, has recently been through their first Ofsted monitoring visit. The visit went exceptionally well, and the report is a great representation of their excellent delivery and service. The provider uses YLP support services to help enhance their provision, particularly the OTLA support. Ofsted found this to be a positive element to their quality of teaching & learning and improvements.
They use observations carried out by an external organisation to help them to identify and act on strengths and areas for development in teaching, learning and assessment. Observers provide useful reports with clear actions and targets to help tutors improve.
