NCFE are an educational charity and leader in vocational and technical learning.  They are the third biggest technical and vocational awarding organisation in the UK, and certificate hundreds of thousands of learners each year.

NCFE provide awarding qualifications for training providers.

From their end-to-end apprenticeships offer, which includes skills diagnostic and assessment tools, mandatory qualifications and end-point assessment, NCFE supports you to deliver quality learning and training that enables individuals to achieve their potential. Hundreds of their qualifications can be funded under various funding schemes, enabling you to offer fundable programmes of study that support retraining, and align to national and regional skills recovery plans. NCFE also offer Accreditation and Employer Services for your in-house training.

To begin delivering NCFE qualifications at your school or centre, or to add new qualifications at a school or centre that already delivers our qualifications:

  1. Search our dedicated website QualHub by sector, level, age group and more to view and shortlist qualifications.
  2. Once your shortlist is complete, select ‘Request Approval’ and you’ll be able to begin our online application form. Once you’ve submitted the online form:
  • If you work for a centre that is already approved to deliver NCFE qualifications, we’ll process your application and get back to you in one working day. Once approved, you can start registering learners.
  • If you’re new to NCFE you’ll be contacted within 6 working days by an External Quality Assurer (EQA). Your EQA will arrange to visit you to ensure that you meet our criteria, you have all of the information you need, and that your paperwork is complete and up to date. After the visit, you’ll receive an approval email within 5 days.*

Skills and Education Group is improving the lives of individuals by championing education and skills-oriented organisations, providers and learners.

Professional development is a key part of the Skills & Education Group service. In addition to their wide range of events and networks delivered online and at their training facility in Nottingham, they can also tailor a variety of training and development activities to best fit the needs of staff in your organisation.

Skills and Education Group Awards offer qualifications and assessments which are regulated by CCEA, Ofqual and Qualifications Wales.

In order to achieve their apprenticeship, apprentices are required to complete an end-point assessment once they have finished their on-programme training, learning and development.

This assessment ensures that an apprentice is capable of doing their job before they receive their apprenticeship certificate. Assessments are developed as part of the Apprenticeship Standard by employers and specialists who are representative of a particular industry. These standards maintain impartiality in the assessment. When an approved end-point assessment organisation like ours delivers an assessment, you know that it is fair, accurate and of the highest quality.

They also offer qualifications for a wide range of sectors. From Entry Level 1 to Level 6.
