WYLP is the collective body of learning providers that operates at the strategic level with stakeholders and partners across the region, sub-region and the five local districts of West Yorkshire.

At the Regional level WYLP is a partner in the work based learning regional forum working collectively with Association of Learning Providers (ALP), Yorkshire Training Partnership (YTP South Yorkshire), Consortium for Learning (CfL Humber Region) and Providers in Partnership (PiP North Yorkshire). At the local level WYLP coordinates activities of the four Networks and engage with stakeholders and strategic partners on learning and skills.
