VT Training is the largest work-based learning provider in the UK. We deliver learning programmes to over 18,000 learners nationwide and work with over 6,000 employers. Through high quality delivery of training, and working in partnership with learners, employers, government and industry bodies, VT Training aims to improve the work skills of young people and adults throughout the UK.

VT Training has ISO 9001, Investors in People and Matrix accreditation, and we achieved Grade 2 in our most recent Adult Learning Inspectorate inspection.
Our customers
We hold exclusive contracts with more than 30 large companies, including Virgin Mobile, BAA and Whitbread. VT Training has extensive experience in helping organisations of all sizes – from large national employers to small independent businesses – to offer training and development with built-in quality assurance.
Course funding
We hold contracts with the following government funding bodies:
- England (Learning and Skills Council)
- Scotland (Scottish Enterprise)
- Wales (Welsh Assembly Government)
- Northern Ireland (Department for Employment and Learning Northern Ireland).
This enables us to provide subsidised training to employers through the Apprenticeship programme (for young people aged 16-25) and Train to Gain (for adults who have not achieved a Level 2 qualification). Skills for Life funding and other funding streams are also available.
